Our approach is centred on dignity, respect, and removing barriers to care.

We strive to ensure that all patients, families, carers, and support teams can access our services with ease.
This includes:
Mobile service accessibility: We bring care directly to residential aged care facilities, disability centres, and
home-based environments to remove transport and mobility barriers.
Accessible communication: Information is provided in clear, plain English, with alternative formats available
upon request (verbal explanations, simplified written summaries, large text).
Support with decision-making: We work collaboratively with substitute decision-makers, guardians, support
coordinators, and families to ensure informed consent and patient choice.
Telehealth support: For patients unable to participate fully in in-person consults, we offer tele-dentistry
options for triage, education, follow-up reviews, and carer guidance.
