With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Shida is passionate about preventative oral health. Known for her caring, thorough, and gentle approach, she puts even the most anxious patients at ease.

While working in Bonnyrigg, South West Sydney, she recognised the need for accessible dental care for patients transitioning into aged care—leading to the creation of Dental On Demand. Her mission is to ensure that no one is left without essential dental care, regardless of their mobility or location.

Beyond her work as an Oral Health Therapist & Dental Hygienist, Shida is a sought-after speaker on Mobile and Aged Care Dentistry. She actively volunteers to promote oral health and is deeply involved with the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia (DHAA). She is also the co-owner of Mobile Dental Providers Australia (MDPA), helping dental professionals establish their own mobile practices to expand access to care nationwide.

Through Dental On Demand, Shida continues to advocate for better oral health services in aged care and underserved communities. She believes in combining technology, education, and compassionate care to improve dental outcomes for all.
